Thanks Bob.
With hopefully 5 Sprint 15s racing at Sheppey next year...I have a dilemma...either convince the other 4 that it is a brilliant weekend and well worth going (which it is)...or don't tell them and gain the advantage in the racing next year!
A lad called Simon...was a Laser 3000 sailor but I talked him into getting the 15. We should have 2 more next season, making five...officially a fleet in our club!
Being down the road from Seasalter, Sheppey had it bad too. Luckily I was rescue boat crew, but he sea was so high we had to land her at Queenborough on the other side of the Island

Still sailing at the Isle of Sheppey Sailing Club, with it's original, somewhat stretched but serviceable, yellow and orange sails.
The red striped hull is fading a bit, but in great shape structurally.
She's just about to change hands, but staying in the Club.
Bought from Steve Sawford 2 or 3 years ago, though it was Ron's I believe! Originally a Techno, it came from Steve resplendant with orange and black stripes on the hull, orange stripes on white sail and 2 outstanding orange rudders. Now named Double Trouble and sails at the Isle of Sheppey Sailing C...
