I can't see which rule you would be breaking. The Sport mode rules are very flexible anyway.

You could put tap washers on them instead.

SIs are live in the usual place. Same as NOR mostly. 9 races across 3 days starting at midday on the Friday. Left handed rectangular courses. Sun and force 4 southerly. Maybe.
