What you do is put the following string

website.lineone.net/~ndyc/sprint15.html

in after http:// and then hit carriage return.

Note you have to take out the www.

I have sent the link to Jonathan so he can put it in the easy way too.

You can get into the NDYC (Instow) website if you are still struggling by going into Clubs on this (Sprint 15) website and then clicking on the Instow spot. There is more info on our Sport Nationals including a draft version of the SIs.
