Well when I started out I acquired myself a copy of Brian Phipps's book:

The Catamaran Book

It mostly relates to the Dart 18 but is equally applicable to the Dart 15. Mine was the 2nd edition there is a 3rd edition out now.

For racing I read:

Catamaran Racing

by Furness and someone else I can't remember. This again relates to the Dart 18 and Hobie 16 but is again equally applicable to the 15.

Both published by Fernhurst books.

Of course the Tips section on this website gives you a good starting point for specific Sprint 15 stuff.
