Richard Harrison mentioned Bob showed him where to file his rudders to help them stay up ,can any one let me know how this is done?

Yes - what you need to do is to take a half round file and file a small detent in the glass fibre surface of the notch where the roller sits when the rudder is in the up position. It needs to have a similar curvature to the roller and be 1-2mm deep so that the roller drops into the detent when holding the rudder in the up position.
