Kevin Kirby leading by a small margin from Thomas Sandal, Steve Sawford and Stuart Snell after 3 hard races in A stiff breeze.
29 entries so Gordon's strategy worked a treat. :D

So Sunday was lighter winds and Stuart Snell got his mojo back and won the event from Thomas Sandal who took second despite his lack of recent practice and a profusion of cobwebs. Jim Bowie from Thorpe Bay was 3rd and Steve Sawford 4th.
Full results will be posted as soon as they are available.

Many thanks to all at Grafham who made the event so enjoyable. As I hadn't been out on the water since Netley Nats., it was just the tonic I needed. The racing was superb and the usual banter off the water lived up to expectations.
Looking forward to the start of the winter series.
Cheers & Laughter - thanks for a great weekend :D

A small P.S. - the results as currently posted are incorrect - my result in the last race was 12th, not 26th as posted with an overall points total of 52. This was agreed with the race team post event which gave me an 11th overall. I'm not really too bothered about it, but kind of hoping it gets corrected :? .

Hi George,
Thanks for pointing it out. Nigel told me about it so I guess the office posted the earlier version by mistake. I'll get it fixed. :D

PS I have done the report but I'll only send it out after the results are right.
PPS Sorry we spoiled your Rugby World Cup viewing. :(
