Winter TT at Oxford 2019/20

Hi All
Looking to try and arrange a Winter TT at Oxford SC in 2019/20.

Questions; What part of the winter would people prefer, Im thinking late November/early December? February is out because the club runs the Oxford Blue, part of the sail juice series.

How many might be interested in coming to Oxford and supporting the event



Your thoughts would be apppreciated as dates come on a first come first served basis.

Can you check in with Chris Tillyer? He needs to plan this in with other events that we will be scheduling for next winter and the dates that the various clubs can support.

But given the last time we asked, they said “no” - this feels like progress!

Club has Chris' details, so hopefully they will contact him, if no-one contacts him please let me know, the change of heart came when several committee members stepped in to support me after they heard I was going to leave the club.
