His Twitter says he is at Llanfairfechan. You don’t have to have twitter account to follow him. Just type Liam Thom Twitter into google and click on correct Liam!

I have had a couple of e-mails from him in the last few days - last he told me was passing Aberystwyth.

I wish I had known you were doing this, could have offered you b+b rather than Llandudno beach. Lovely shots of the Welsh Coast.

Liam has just landed on Mull of Kintyre - 46 miles of open water from last night's stop on Mull of Galloway. Epic!!
Will he make it to Harwich for the Nats.?

Well then, it’s only s similar reach across to Carrick-a-Rede, on the Irish Coast.
A truly wonderful spot to visit.
I don’t have the full intel, I’m assuming he is using one of his blue water boats, not the Sprint?
Brings back fond memories of sailing a Rafiki 38 off the West Coast, & Gulf islands,(Vancouver area), in Canada. Or crossing a Great Slave Lake, (105 miles), in a C&C 35.

Hello everybody,

Biscuit has made it to just north of Oban. She is going well. I am 7 stone 9 pounds and have an afro.

The best way to see how I am getting on is to follow me on Twitter: https://twitter.com/liamthom

I have been beating into the wind almost the whole time since leaving the Island but the wind strengths have been good. Have only missed a couple of days in which time Liam Bunclark looked after me in Devon,

Have landed on some incredible beaches and the scenery has been fantastic.

And the gannets. I love gannets.

Best wishes to all who have beds to sleep in,

Looks like it might be time to nominate Liam for the OTT trophy - what an extraordinary trip. 8)

Also, looks also like the Skye is not the limit!

Liam and Biscuit successfully sailed around Mark 3 of the course yesterday (aka John O' Groats) and are now making the long downward length back south. Currently following the coastline, and just off Berriedale as I write.
