Herewith the notification of the 2026 AGM.
In accordance with the Constitution of the UK Dart 15 Class Association, the 2026 AGM will take place at Stone SC on Friday 26 June at 5.30pm in the clubhouse. Note that this timing is subject to modification and is dependent on the day due to the sailing schedule of the first day of the National Championships being held at the same venue. But it will be on the aforementioned date and not before the aforementioned time.
The draft agenda is as follows and a final agenda will be posted via this website to all members within 14 days of the meeting date i.e. Friday 12th June 2026.

With respect to item 4., further information will follow on any vacant committee positions.
With respect to item 5., if any member wishes to table proposals and/or resolutions for rule changes, they should submit them to the Chairman (p.tanner2611@btinternet.com) with a copy to the Secretary (secretary@sprint15.com) not later than midnight on Friday 5th June to ensure they form part of the agenda.
Note that proposals/resolutions for rule changes will only be considered on the grounds of safety and usability provided that there is no significant performance enhancement and should be submitted as follows:
-a clear description of the proposal
-a clear rationale behind it
-evidence that the change will be affordable to all members
All members will be most welcome and are encouraged to attend whether or not they are competing in the 2026 National Championships at the meeting venue.
