I got my boat mid December and hope my wire was a different batch then the rest of the Barcelona boats but, this weekend my rigging showed signs of rust so I expect every boats rigging will go rusty when in contact with the sea.
Well Earling, I'm sorry to hear about that. I was hoping that yours (and mine) were of the same batch and would not rust as your initial findings were good.
I have not sailed my boat yet but did take the step of dunking my new rigging and leaving it outside. I will now remember to check them.
