On the Pre-Entry form I have stated that I will be sailing my prefferred option of Sprint 15 Sport, however, if the forecast on the day is very light breeze conditions will I be able to change to UNA?

Just for clarrification on the day.

Cheers

YaHoo!
Hi Ray. Yes this is OK. The delayed response was caused by the Grafham office being slow to reply to my EMail - but I wanted them to agree before responding.

Cheers

That's great. It sounds like Beaver is going to be a force to be reckoned with again - just like the good times in the past. :D

Bob does this link update as competitors sign up or do you have to update and post a new link. I like the idea of seeing your own name to make sure they have got your entry form.

Yes I think the office will update it from time to time. It is not automatic - they have to load a new version. It has been updated since I did the link as there are now 17 entries and the link takes you to the new version.

PS I see so far just Ray Gall is Sporting.

I see the numbers are slowly creeping up, I hope the heavy rain forecast doesnt put you off, hopefully the wind will be up as it will make up for the rain.

Why put off tommorrow what you can do today, because your wife will give you another job to do!

Just 2 days to get your entry in for the Grafham Cat Open. They must be received by Thursday 22 Oct. The Windguru forecast is great - mild all weekend with 15mph South wind on Saturday and 22mph SW wind on Sunday

Last years winner (Kyle Stoneham) claims to be sailing an F18 this year so it looks like we will get a new Inland Champion this year. I see Kyle has not entered yet - maybe he is having second thoughts - looks like Sprint 15 weather to me

Will John Postlethwaite show that his recent practice can get him back to his winning ways of the past? :D

Will Tom Sandal's new battens keep working for him? :P

Will Richard Philpott show his mettle now he has delayed his holiday in Portugal by 3 days so that he can take part.

Will Steve Sawford join Ray Gall and enter in Sport mode? :)

Will the Grubguru enter? :?

Time will tell............

Don't forget to get your entries in guys.

Cheers

I wish it was possible to do the event on both boats! Looks like you guys are all going to have some great racing, shame i can't join in.

Inland Champions Bowl is a nice trophy... who wants it most???

I found consistency to be king at Grafham.
I think Robin Newbold could do the business if he's on form
gna have to go some to beat Thomas though

On the forecasted wind i would think a sport sailed 15 could get it,cant make this one myself will have to make do with the regular gurnard sailing but at least it looks like its going to blow down here aswell.

Thanks Kyle, but I doubt it. At least the windy weather will make it exciting.
