Checkout http://www.xcweather.co.uk/ which has current (and past few
hours) wind strength measurements across the UK., with information
from various airfields. I prefer the view with the various sized
arrows, but you can also get a coloured Beaufort scale view. Move your
mouse over the various arrows to see the details on the left.
