WHIC is now run by David Lloyd of Dart 18 fame. They still offer cheaper rates to Sprint 15 Association members.
Try them for a quote, at least.

I've found Boatinsure & Craftinsure websites quite competitive & also Bishop Skinner if you are an RYA or RNLI member.
