Just a quick reminder it is the Sprint 15 winter TT at Draycote Water on SATURDAY 13 January. If you want to make the trip you will have to put your boat on the trailer this weekend - they have a growing fleet of about 7 Sprint 15s and it is a really nice venue near the M1 (close to Rugby) - the directions to get there can be found on www.draycotewater.co.uk
The NOR is further down this chat page
I hope to see you there!
Cheers
Bob
PS Why not come and see what the Grafham Tramp looks like! I go away for 3 weeks and when I return our friend (Grubguru) is sporting a shaggy beard and "looking at the scruffy side of tramps" - the quote is from another member of Grafham.

At Grafham we have 5 boats on trailers in readiness for next Saturday at Draycote and I also know of quite a few who are coming from other clubs so I think we should get a good attendance.
See you there
Cheers
Bob
PS I cannot ascertain if Frank Sandells is coming. He seems to have gone to ground since suggestions were made that his beard makes him look like the rear view of a Dulux dog.

For the last 2 years we got light winds and murk at Draycote. Well this year it looks like we are going to get mild temperatures and a good wind(20-22mph) during the part of the day we will be sailing (if windguru is right). Later in the day it will get up! See you tomorrow.

That was more than 22mph! Congratulations to Charles for thrashing everyone and thanks to the organisers for providing the underwater sailing opportunity.

Drowned Robert.

Hi Robert,
It was good to see you & the rest of the 18 entries. Overall it was an exciting day and I think we acquitted ourselves pretty well. Charles was very good. If the weather forecast was a bit better we would have probably got 25 entries ( I know of at least 6 who were coming but did not on account of the weather).
See you soon
