Folks,
This works in IE7 which is what I use. If you read the following link it explains more about RSS:
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/help/3223484.stm
You'll either need a browser capable of RSS reading (like IE7 or Firefox) or download an RSS reader program (links in the BBC site above).
I have put a news article about it.
