Its towards the end, even caught the name Carl Blenkinsomeone, and Lawrie Gustar.
We are getting there.

Whilst some may enjoy the sight of cruiser racing, the real action starts after about 7 minutes!

Andrew.

This is a quote from another topic:

"well we used the inverse p at the nationals and open meeting sometimes. i don't like it because sometimes there is two leeward marks which requires thought as to which one to round. also i remember erling charging in to the wing mark with no water on starboard, but we couldnt gybe onto port so he went straight through."

Do you detect a common theme?

Well it si funny where coaching footage ends up!! this is some caoching work I did for a SP15 sailor "Gabriel" when he came over for some personal coaching, sailing out of the Windsport base in Falmouth. My role was to shot the footage and do the debief on and off the water, it was great day and Gabriel felt he got a lot out of it.

Hi Brian, I see you havent told them you are coming to Shanklin in April to train half the fleet.
PS we are up to 30 with 4 new boats in the last three months so out to have more boats than Grafham at Nationals next year, and maybe with Brians help?

Eat your heart out, Erling.
Grafham currently at 44 Sprint 15s

But 30 is great news.
Keep it up.

PS As we came down the hill to Carsington we expected to see your sail hoisted 1st as usual. I guess that the weather forecast was too grim for even you.
PPS I hear that Ray is working on the report as we speak.

Only decided not to go to Carsington Friday afternoon as driving 450 miles in the rain would add 2 to 3 hours to the driving time. Thats to long even to see Ray.

I hope he is coming to the right Nationals. Does he know that you cannot use the jib & trapeze at the Thorpe Bay Nationals as it is for standard format boats. If he wants to use the jib & trapeze he should be thinking about the Sport Format nationals at Instow 27-29 June.
Cheers
