Bank Holiday Monday

The Grafham Grand Prix takes place this year on Bank Holiday MONDAY January 2nd – perfectly planned to let you get over your New Years Eve hangover. It is open to catamarans and if we get 8 or more in the Medium handicap start ( Sprint 15, Dart 18, Prindle 15, Dart 16, etc) as we usually do we get our own prizes. When it is windy the cats stand a good chance. In 2009 Stuart Snell was 2nd in the Medium handicap start and 1st Cat so if you fancy getting out of the house over the holidays why not come? Get your mates to come too.
The Notice of Race and entry details are here:
http://www.sailracer.org/events/event-v ... tid=106942
This year you can enter on the day but it costs £5 less (i.e £18) if you pre-enter by 5pm on 30 December so don't forget to get it in your diary.
Cheers
Bob
PS It is a trapezoidal course and if the first reach is tight (as requested) the Fireballs cannot fly the spinnaker on it it prevents it from becoming a Fireball benefit.
