The first of the Winter Travellers is on Saturday 5th November at Stewartby.

In response to survey feedback, the event will consist of three races sailed back to back, with a discard if all three races sailed.
Briefing is at 10.15am with the first race start scheduled for 11am.

Here's hoping for slightly less forceful winds than last year!

Hoping to be there, although I won't know until sometime on Friday if I am needed for a work meeting on Saturday.

and if I do make it then I'm going to be super fast cos I've just cleaned, pre-waxed and polished both hulls!

I have got rid of quite a bit of yellow colouring but not all.

Worryingly there are a couple of patches that look suspiciously like osmosis bubbles on one hull, especially a rectangular patch that looks like where the hull sat in the launch trolley support.

Looks like a Steve Sawford magic touch is going to be required.

Not coming as frankly to far for a single trail from the South Coast in terms of both time and fuel cost. Look forward to seeing the write up and the photos including flags.

Insulted by a Muesli eater whatever next!!!!!!!!

Seriously hope you all enjoy it and sorry I will be sorting out my halyard sheave, washing the car, repairing a door handle and cutting the grass this Saturday.

At least I should be sailing (on a quarter tonner) on Sunday

Shame. Looks like a good forecast for the salad dodgers.
