Mainsail area

Out of interest I have been using my sprint as a bit of a test platform for seeing how much gain you get from deck sweepers and square tops. I cut down a shearwater main in the summer and finally got round last week to building a new one from scratch. I had a a bit of a revealtion last night in the loft when I measured my new sail and my Sprint sail.
The area of the Sprint mainsail is 9.3sqm not 10.2sqm as listed on the website. I've calculated the area using a few differing formulas to check and they all end up in the same place +/- 0.1m2.
Affects our SCHRS, goes from 1.274 to 1.291 (37 Secs corrected) in sport mode and from 1.402 to 1.426 (44 Secs corrected) in Una rig. Quite a change!
