Noticed that boat No. 2007 is for sale on e-bay. Was this boat repaired at Windsports as there appears to be repaired cracks on the side decks.
It is one of the out of Africa boats.

best chap to ask would be Erl the prev owner.
its not on ebay now. as no one was interested. boat sails very well and was at a very cheap price. i have bought a spitfire and cant sail 2 at the same time. the price is what its advertised on this website unless ono can be made.

This posting seems inappropriate and somewhat unfair on the seller. Discussions about defects with boats for sale should be private messages between buyer and seller and not put on a public forum. Why did you not send the seller a private message? You could have done this either on eBay or from our adverts page. Just my view...……….

You are of course correct, so apologies. However I could not message on Ebay due to being hacked at the time, now sorted, and did not know that you could message privately on this forum without knowing the sellers forum name.

I am sure that 2007 will sell at the asking price and will be racing for many years. I have however decided to look for a boat with a trailer due to my remote location. Scotland. Hope to be sorted soon.

no trailer seems to be an issue, but they can be car topped and mine does have a 2 piece mast.
i will keep it unless anyone wants a bargain. if so message me
