Carsington TT-latest update

Post by George Love »

Hi All,
Having just spoken with club management at Carsington this morning (Wednesday), they have confirmed that the TT this weekend can go ahead as planned. Thanks to all who have already pre-entered.
If you were planning to come but haven't yet entered, may I encourage you to do so online before the end of today. This will help with arrangements, particularly catering.
That said, you are most welcome to enter on the day. In that case, I'd be grateful to receive a quick note of your intentions in that regard.
Any other questions, do give me a shout.
Looking forward to seeing you. Safe travels.
Cheers

In advance of an event report and Pauline's pics soon to be published on this website, here's a link to the final results of a memorable weekend.

Many thanks to all the travellers who made the event so enjoyable for me and everyone involved at CSC.
And many congratulations to our webmaster and current National Champion, Liam from South Island, who really got into his stride on day 2 to take the event win and the accolade of Northern Champion. Well sailed!

George , great event , well organised and enjoyable sailing :D !!! ....congratulations to Liam ......and it was good to see our younger sailers doing well in the event ....all future champions in the making . A couple of people mentioned in the bar how close the racing was .....it was good to see the sailors in the lower rankings finishing closely behind the front runners , clearly all are improving .
