Hi,
does anyone know if it is possible to get the part that the red arrow points to.

i could only order the part that the blue arrow points to via windsport international.
see pictures. thanks in advance.

I believe that could be a Dart 15 Sting mast that you have which is the same section as the Dart 18 and about 0.6 metres longer than a standard Dart 15 mast.

It’s a early dart 15 with sail number 323.
Do you really thing that could be a sting or maybe someone have changed the mast during the years

No it is not a Sting, just an old Spark which was the earlier name for a Dart 15.
The Mast Heel casting is on the Windsport website under Catparts/Dart 15/Mast etc

It is part number SKU 21038 (or alternatively D00541) and is £63.06

That’s the problem, I bought just that part but as you can see on the picture it’s like something is missing. It’s way to small for the mast.

I just bought the mast heel för the dart 18 now and hope it would fit better

Looks like it is time to call Windsport. Maybe Brian Phipps or Ian Fraser can recall if any early Sparks had Dart 18 section masts.....

Turns out the Dart 18 mast base fit the mast

Looks like someone has taken a old or broken D18 mast and cut it down to fit. Not sure the mast bend characteristics will match the mainsail, but at least you are on the water so all good.
