Thanks to everyone who came and made the weekend enjoyable and much more interesting. Next time I'll arrange for more wind.

Overall a great regatta, with over 130 boats on the water.

I have the the actual and corrected times if anyone needs them.

Thanks again.

Sprint 15 Northern Teach-In

Sorry, I've been reminded that you don't how little all this will cost.

The fee will be made up £10 for day membership of Filey SC (2 days for the price of one) and £15 to cover the expenses of the trainers.

So £25 the lot. Did I say it couldn't get any better?

Cheers

Filey is a great bay, with good protection from most wind directions and beautiful scenery. Just the place to get some, or some more, experience on the sea, sailing techniques and race tact...

High Winds at Filey

In case anyone needs reminding of the sail area created by a parked Sprint 15, have a look at this and remember to tie your boat down.

No information about the damage (to either boat).

I don't suspect foul play. Not having a trailer, I'd leave the cover out of the way, on the grass, next to the wall. I just forgot to pack it on the last day.

Thanks for your replies. It looks like the suppliers are in for a good August.

Boat Cover Found?

First, and importantly, many thanks to all those who organised an excellent nationals at Saundersfoot. A great week. Second, did anyone find a blue CatBitz full boat cover in the boat park field? Near the wall to the hotel probably. If you know anything about it, I'd be grateful for a message here o...
