Grafham Entertainment Committee welcomes a new member [Bob]

L:ast night the final glory went to Steve Petts, who has owned a Sprint 15 for almost as long as I have. After the race he was sailing in to the shore, relaxing, and got caught by a gust and turned turtle in full view of the cheering pack of Cat Sailors on the shore. And then could he right it? Could he hell. It was like watching paint dry watching him try. He was so bad someone asked me "is he a novice?" to which I replied "Yes - he has only had a Sprint 15 for 15 years"
So Frank (Chairman of Ents Com) was happy to have a new member in the entertainment team.

Its all in the interpretation. Note, it was after the race, on the hottest day ever recorded. We are are not allowed to swim in Grafham, so therefore an intentional capsize and a few moments to cool down in the water before righting the boat was the obvious solution.
Its amazing how people shore side can get a distorted view.
