Nationals: eating? [Chris]

Hi, we're just trying to work out what we're to bring with us to the Nationals.

Meals listed in the Programme I can work out, but surrounding those, will there be somewhere to eat (at the club or nearby pub?) or should we be bringing all our own food for breakfasts and lunches?

Am I correct in saying that for Sat Sun and Mon we need 3 breakfasts and 3 lunches? For the fun events, we provide all meals (and pay for lunches?)

Not being very experienced at this, I've just printed off the ISAF Racing Rules of Sailing (49 pages of intro!) and hope to understand some basics by the weekend!

We also thought it was time to name our boat, we're thinking "Leeward Shambles"!

See you soon,

Chris and Riina.

Nationals Eating [Bob]

Hi Chris & Riina,
I'm pretty certain that you will get breakfast, lunch & dinner on Saturday & Sunday. On Monday I suspect that it will be just breakfast & lunch.
On the fun sailing days it might just be breakfast but I'll find out. Lunches will be bought at the venues we sail to. There will also be a group getting fish & chips after Go-Karting on Tuesday & we will go out for a farewell Pub dinner on Wednesday.
Cheers
Bob

Hi Bob,

Well if that's the case, then that's great! I was starting to plan going shopping and bringing camping gas stoves etc etc!

Thanks,
Chris
