It is 10mm rope & 9.5 metres long. Steve Sawford has the best stuff it is 8 plait and is really soft and free running. He sells it in ready made up lengths 10metres long

I know helms who have bought 10mm fluffy & used it to tie their boat down within a matter of weeks as it was so difficult to use.

Technically 8mm is out of class, but I'm pretty sure you'd find 15 boats at the nationals using less than 10mm.
