Log in requirement

Just lately I seem to have to log in to the forum quite frequently if I want to add some item. It used to remember my details for months. Has it been changed?
It is a bit of a fag.................

Nothing has been changed but there is a timeout for the logins. Without it the system would keep someone logged in forever when they navigated away from the chat pages which is NOT good.

You should be able to save passwords in IE or Firefox so that you can just type the B of Bob and it'll suggest your login and fill in the password box for you. Its what I do (obviously with M for Martin).
