Rudder blade covers

Post by Brian Phipps »

Windsport have just updated their Rudder blade cover set, take a look at item 09002 on the catparts website. The new cover set has improved padding , extra protection for the A frame and carrying handles. If you love your rudders this is a good place to start.

Hi Charles, delighted you like them, bit tricky on the colour!! we have them in blue and red at the moment!! so will have to update the website to ask you to state your choice. What colour do you want on-offer at the Nationals? just in case you win!!
thx

It's pink for girls, blue for boys..............which reminds me of my ancient towel which I take to the club every week.

Some years ago, I took a blue towel from the airing cupboard at home. Having used it once, I mislaid it in the club changing room. I couldn't find it anywhere.

The following weekend, I took a pink towel from the airing cupboard. Surely no one would misappropriate a pink towel, I thought, and I was right. Nobody took it. I still have the same towel which has become threadbare and frayed at the edges.

Pink towels are not very popular with the blokes. Yesterday, one ten year old cadet asked me if the towel was mine. I assured him that it was. He then exclaimed, "But it's pink!"

I was speechless.
