Help, I broke it!

Post by mr.magoo »

Hi All,

On the way in tonight I had a bit of an argument with the habour wall.

Unfortunatley one of the hulls hit the wall at quite a pace and chipped the first inch or more of the "pointy bit".

I was wondering if someone might advise what is the best material to use to repair the point as the whole thing has snapped off and I have had several different suggestions from my club members.

Grateful for any advice.

Hi Adrian!

You're obviously sailing very fast these days - I hope you don't get charged for the damage to the wall. When I wanted to do a small(er) repair on my boat recently I emailed a picture to info@speedysports.co.uk and Steve Sawford gave me some very helpful advice. Worth a try!
