Final results. Paul Grattage was the winner with 6 points, Stuart Snell 8 points, Thomas Sandal 13 points, Steve Healy 20 points and Kevin Dutch 21 points. The total number of entries was 37. Full results can be found on the TBYC website: click Results, then TBYC 2013 on the top left of the page.

It was a fantastic weekend of sailing. The sea breeze on sunday produced some brisk sailing. The TBYC is well pleased with the level of entries. It augurs well for the national championship in 2014. We look forward to hosting it.

Congratulations to Paul Grattage.

What a truly fantastic weekend I had at TYBC. A big thanks to all those at the club that made us so welcome and put on a great show. The sailing was brilliant and the apres sail activities were great fun too.
Thank you, Andrew for taking to the stage on Saturday night - I realise it was probably a bit of a come-down when you are just fresh your sell-out tour and gig at the Apollo. Pyramid stage at Glastonbury next year? Thanks again to all those who worked so hard to give me such a memorable trip to the deep south - I'll be back to sail that great piece of water again - fabulous! :D :D

The results seemed to have been corrupted on our Online link which maybe recovered but I have scanned a copy which is available at this link.

Once Open, Right click on the Image and select Rotate Clockwise to get it the right way up.

Hi Paul,
It looked like a good event. Well done. Has anyone sent the race report to Y&Y to fly the flag for the class and the club?
It needs to be sent to :
club@yachtsandyachting.com
Some hints are as follows:
1) Tell them who wrote the report
2) attach one or 2 of the better pictures. Tell them who took them or they will not use them (I think this is for copywrite and to make sure that they do not have to pay a commission to a professional photographer).
3) attach a link to the full results on the Thorpe Bay Club web site. They will then extract and include the results with the article.
I see that the link that Martin has used on this website is wrong as it takes you to the club racing results. It would be good to give Martin the right link when you get a moment.
Regards
Bob
PS We got 46 entries at Grafham in 2006. I think 37 is joint 2nd biggest TT attendance - still an impressive result. 22 from the home club is exceptional :D :D :D

Hi Paul,
Great Pics of a super event. I'd like to publish some in the next Mag. but can't pick them up off the Flickr website.
Can you send me a few good ones? Perhaps a good start line and some of the top guns etc. One of the two lads sailing two up would be good as well.
Or even a CD of the lot so I can pick and choose? - I'll make sure the photographer gets credit if you let me know who.
I was most impressed with the results publication - they were already on my phone by the time I'd come out of the shower on both days!
Here's hoping...

Bob thanks for that advice, Gary Burrows is arranging for it all to be submitted and now has these details.

George, all these photos are taken by Linzi Swindon from Martin Swindons (Vice Commodores) Rib and her shots are often excellent, although she did say she gave me everything (I removed those that weren't the clearest focus). She is happy for them to be used elsewhere as she isn't a professional, although maybe should be.

If you can give me the photo numbers of the ones you are interested in, I can put them somewhere else where you can transfer them successfully. The same goes for anybody else that would like copies and cannot get access to them in full on Flickr.
