Hi John,
I know of no other place to get the pintel casting assembly. You have to be careful as the Dart 15 part is different to the Dart 18 part (the vertical stainless steel post which locates the tiller bar is a different height). The number you quote is, I think the Dart 18 part number. You will have to ring up the Laser Centre to get the right part number for a Dart 15 (it's not on their web site as I recall).
