After a good blast on Sunday I tied the jib sheets to the trolley to stop it being pulled out behind the boat as I dragged it up the Worthing shingle. Good idea - not! as I ended up pulling out the rivets on the deck fitting and bending one beyond recognition. Does anyone know the part number and/or a supplier as I cannot find them either on the Laser site or a few others I have tried.

Hi Paul,
The jib fairleads fitted by the Laser Centre are useless.
They pull out in normal use - even if you do not tie them to your trolley!!!
It's best to fit jib tracks. For a full explanation on how to fit them, search this chat line for "tracks". Message #443
