Have a look at my response of 5/9 in the Chat reponses to Nigel's query of 2/9.

I use what I suggest there for mast rake and rig tension for both Sprinting and Unarig modes, and rarely change. It should be a good starting point before you ever try experimenting with looser or tighter rig tension and different mast rake in different wind/wave conditions.
