Reading the Seasalter TT post event comments, it's nice to see a couple entering the IOSSC Round Island Race this year.
That'll make at least 3 15's, possibly 5 if I can convince my mate to take the plunge, and if Nick Dewhirst is competing again this year...and I fully intend not to rip a bow off this time though (Wayfarer sailors permitting).
Get yourselves over from Thorpe Bay...you'll love it!
I'm glad to see Kevin Dutch is defending his win from last year...I'm still rubbing in your win with the Dart 18 sailors here!
As for Seasalter...I had a great day on the Saturday watching from the beach, though gutted I wasn't sailing as it was my type of wind.
I can't think that there are many friendlier clubs around, and fully agree with a previous writer that it's location is a real bonus and helps to make a great club (even if it is on the mainland)!
