Nationals 2008 Pictures

Post by Martin Searle »

Folks,

Find some pictures from one of the Patrol Boats on the photos section of the website.

I have a few of my own from the Monday and of the camping field too add. Also I have had some contributions from Charles Watson and Duncan Ford so in the next day or so I'll get around to adding them to the site too.

Hi guys
I've just loaded a few extra pictures from the Nationals.

The new action sailing ones are from Nick Champion, which were taken on the Monday. Nick came on the day which was best for wind, but worst for business (as less than half the boats went out). He took some great shots and will be sending you proofs soon if you were sailing on Monday. The Kevin Dutch wipe out was one of a series!!!!!

Most of the land based shots were by John Long.

The other sailing shots were by Candy Williams of TBYC.

For more pictures watch out for the next magazine

or buy them from Nick Champion

Cheers

I spoke to Nick Champion and I don't think he sends out the proofs any more. He has a website and uploads all the photos there and you can have a look and buy them online.

They are not up there yet as far as I can see, but the link is:

This is an excellent photograph and is now the background to the desktop on my computer. I'm dying to see what happened to you next, Kevin.

I think you should get a sticker for your car as well! Were you posing for a magazine cover, perchance?

I reckon that the Kevin Dutch sequence takes the biscuit. Watch out Tom Gall your time as Sprint 15 poser is at risk
