Just a gentle reminder that our first ever event at Datchet is on Saturday 7 February, :D so this weekend is the time to get the boat on the trailer.

Please see the front page for full details but the head line information is.
Registration from 10.30
Briefing 11.45
Warning signal for the first race on Saturday will not be before 12.30hrs.
2 Races back to back
Entry fee £20

Datchet location can be found on the NoR
Queen Mother Reservoir
Horton Road

It would be great to get a good turnout, let me know if you are coming and if anyone is in two minds so we can gently persuade them 8) .

Thanks

If we want the Finch boys to come we must hope for 13 or 14 knots of wind because under that its to little wind and above to much.

That's a bugger, Windguru says 12 knots.

I'm going to sharpen my bow to make it cut through the ice better.

Just to let you know I spoke to Datchet this week and they are looking forward to welcoming us on Saturday.

It would be great if we can get 10 plus boats, the wind is looking like 15 to 17 mph / 11 to 15 knots which would be great for a blast.
