Datchet Entries are Open

Hi All
Entries are now open for the Datchet TT on Sunday 8th February.
Event Briefing is at 9:30am followed by three races back-to-back from 11:10am.
Entries, NOR and SI's are on the Datchet Water Sailing Club Website here:

You will receive an email containing the gate code to access the reservoir after you register for the event.

Hoping to get to Datchet for my first sail there!
5 minutes between the last club start & our prep seems like a very long time?
Someone at DWSC needs to review

It's worked really well in the past. They send the locals off and you aren't really aware of them. Much better than having 30 F18s running back at your start line in the last 30 seconds.

Okey dokey, normally we complain like crazy when a starting sequence is longer than absolutely necessary as we are hanging about getting cold

Team Shanklin are getting the 0600 ferry to Southampton so anticipate being at Datchet around 0800 ish,

Thanks to Datchet for looking after us again. They seem to be very good at sailing multiple fleets round a pond without getting in each others' ways.
The official results don't have a discard so are slightly wrong. Hopefully the ones on this site are accurate. Let me know if you spot a problem.
There's some pictures on the site too.
