The forecasts in the week leading up to the first event of the Sprint 15 summer traveller series left everyone guessing - everything from no wind to F5 appeared with strong possibility of heavy rain and thunder. 214) Event News: Winter 2011 Series - End of Series Report

The Sprint 15 winter traveller series was concluded at Grafham on Sunday 25 March. It was our most successful Winter Series ever with a new record attendance of 32 boats at Stewartby and 22 helms qualifying for the series with 3 or more results. Stuart Snell of Grafham was the eventual winner on tiebreak from Mark Aldridge, also of Grafham. All 5 events were held in a mixture of testing conditions. more..

215) Event News: TT at Grafham Water Sailing Club - Race Report

On Sunday 25 March the final event of the Sprint 15 fleet winter series was held at Grafham. An impressive 19 visitors joined 8 sailors from the home club but we had to wait some time for the fog to clear before the first race could be started. Eventually the fog cleared and there was a light northerly breeze which enabled the Race Officer, David Williams, to start the first race. more..
